H. T. PROF Group is hiring an MIM Operations Manager in Rockford, IL to lead the Metal Injection Molding production and act as the technical lead for MIM processes.

This role bridges operations and engineering to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. The candidate will own technical expertise, drive operational execution, and develop the team, collaborating with the Metallurgist and customers to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications

• MIM Processing expertise including feedstock, molding, debinding, and sintering.
• Leadership of technical personnel required.
• Solid understanding of metallurgical and materials principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Metal Injection Molding production and serve as the technical leader for MIM processes.
• Oversee a team of technical experts and coordinate with the Metallurgist and customers to drive project execution.
• Report to the Director of Engineering and advance MIM manufacturing capabilities.
