Job summary

The role involves developing a team of technical experts, including a Sr. Process Engineer, and partnering with a metallurgist and customers to drive successful projects. A technical degree and strong MIM expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or related field required.
• Strong expertise in MIM processing (feedstock, molding, debinding, sintering).
• Proven leadership of technical personnel.
• Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MIM operations and ensure quality, delivery, and cost.
• Act as technical leader for MIM processes and coordinate with engineers and metallurgists.
• Manage and develop a team including Sr. Process Engineer.
• Report to the Director of Engineering.
