Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab in Milwaukee seeks an Admissions Nurse to care for our residents and guide families on prevention and healthy habits. You will educate patients and families and work to ensure a smooth transition back to independence while maintaining a compassionate, professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be a team player, and hold a valid RN license in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Valid RN nursing license in the state of Wisconsin is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering quality nursing care to residents/patients.
• Ensure adequate staffing to provide high-quality care.
• Support in-service and staff development programs to meet nursing objectives.
• Provide clinical expertise to support nursing processes in patient interventions.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients, residents, staff and visitors.
• Supervise nursing personnel as directed by the DON and Assistant DON.
