Qualifications

• Two years of post-secondary education including 15 CS credits or a related technology discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact and document incidents in an automated tracker.
• Coordinate incoming calls, emails, and other contacts in a call center environment.
• Assist clients with hardware, software, networks, and peripherals using documented procedures and knowledge bases.
• Escalate issues to second/third level support and update knowledge base as needed.
• Create and document incident cases and provide status updates to clients.
• Use remote access and other tools to assess issues and determine business impact.
• Follow up with clients to ensure proper resolution and closure.
• Share expertise with team members and participate in meetings.
