Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee Hospitals seek a physician to help build and launch a new residency program at our ambulatory clinical site. You will lead curriculum initiatives across ambulatory, hospitalist, and GME programs while mentoring residents and maintaining your own patient panel.

The role involves collaboration with program leadership to meet ACGME standards and participate in scholarly activities, with a focus on academic excellence and clinical education.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

• Shape the Future of Medicine: help build and launch a new residency program at the ambulatory training site.
• Lead ambulatory, hospitalist, and GME curriculum initiatives.
• Mentor residents and serve as a clinical educator.
• Manage your own longitudinal patient panel while teaching residents.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align with ACGME requirements and scholarly activities.
