Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee Hospitals in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an MD/DO physician to serve as educator and clinical supervisor for residents at CSM Milwaukee. The role combines teaching, direct patient care, and scholarly activity within an academic residency program.

You’ll mentor residents, contribute to curriculum, and partner with leadership to design cost-effective, high-quality care while maintaining excellent medical records and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise residents to foster academic excellence and professionalism.
• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient panel with precision and high standards.
• Participate in residency curriculum development and scholarly activities.
• Design and implement cost-effective care strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality medical records compliant with all standards.
