Ascension Milwaukee is seeking a physician leader to help launch and sustain an Internal Medicine Residency program at North Ave Clinic in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on building the ambulatory training, designing core curricula, and mentoring residents in outpatient care.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, licensed in Wisconsin (unrestricted), and committed to academic medicine with opportunities for scholarly work and professional development.

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Wisconsin medical license (unrestricted) or eligibility.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA/Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

• Shape the Future of GME by building ambulatory clinical training for a new Internal Medicine Residency.
• Drive curriculum innovation and scholarly activity to advance the program's academic mission.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to residents in the clinic.
