Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators for full-time roles across multiple sites with travel. Per diem provided for travel, together with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Candidates must be 18+ with reliable transportation, able to climb stairs/ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background and drug tests. OSHA/MSHA training is a plus; readiness to work various shifts including overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and platforms, bend and squat.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must pass background and drug/alcohol testing.
• MSHA, SAFELAND PEC, OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisors' instructions while maintaining safety standards.
• Move, secure, install, build, load and unload materials and tools.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals to perform repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Keep job site clean and assist skilled tradespeople.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Perform various physical duties assigned
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Clean/prepare job site
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties

Job Requirements Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of timeAbility to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• MSHA Surface, SAFELAND PEC, and OSHA certifications a plus (training will be provided to qualified candidates who are selected for the role)
