Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators for full-time roles across diverse industrial projects. You will read schematics, weld, fabricate, install and maintain equipment while adhering to safety standards.

This role requires weekly travel to various sites with per diem where applicable. Candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or platforms.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Background and drug & alcohol testing may be required.
• MSHA/Safeland OSHA certifications are a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor/foreman instructions while maintaining safety standards.
• Perform physical duties as assigned.
• Move, secure, install, and load/unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and projects.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals for repairs.
• Use welding torches safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Prepare and clean job site.
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.

These positions are full time positions with competitive pay, benefits and local positions with travel (per diem given for travel). Must be able to travel each week to various locations.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Perform various physical duties assigned
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Clean/prepare job site
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties

Job Requirements Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• MSHA Surface, SAFELAND PEC, and OSHA certifications a plus (training will be provided to qualified candidates who are selected for the role)
