JENNMAR Services in Morgantown, WV is hiring Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators for full-time roles with competitive pay and benefits. Travel is required with per diem provided for eligible assignments.

Qualified applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and pass background and drug tests. Certifications such as MSHA/OSHA are a plus; training will be provided for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor and foreman instructions while maintaining safety standards.
• Perform physical duties as assigned.
• Move, secure, install, and load/unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and projects.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals to perform repairs.
• Use welding torches safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Prepare job sites and assist skilled tradespeople.

JENNMAR Services, a well-respected industrial construction/maintenance company, is currently seeking Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators. Quality and service are the core principles of our company and we prioritize excellent relationships with our clients.

These positions are full time positions with competitive pay, benefits and local positions with travel (per diem given for travel). Must be able to travel each week to various locations.

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Perform various physical duties assigned
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and various projects
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Clean/prepare job site
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties

Job Requirements Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• MSHA Surface, SAFELAND PEC, and OSHA certifications a plus (training will be provided to qualified candidates who are selected for the role)
