JENNMAR Services is seeking Experienced Foremen to lead Millwrights, Welders, and Fabricators on travel assignments. The role focuses on coordinating crews across sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project execution.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, supervising trades, and overseeing welding/fabrication work for plant equipment repairs. Travel, varying shifts, and potential overtime are expected with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience leading crews on industrial projects.
• Experience in project management and coordinating field operations.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and execute drawings.
• Welding and fabrication skills for plant equipment and repairs.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

• Enforce safety standards and coordinate with Project Managers/Management.
• Direct material handling, installation, and equipment repairs and fabrication.
• Read schematics and blueprints to perform repairs.
• Maintain tools and oversee site cleanliness and readiness.

JENNMAR Services is currently seeking Experienced Foremen for our Millwrights/Welders/Fabricators crews for Travel Work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from Project Managers and/or Management team.
• Maintaining and enforcing all safety standards.
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment, chutes and crushers
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics, blueprints and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Direct on Cleaning/preparing job sites
• Assist crew member in their duties when needed/ when manpower requires.
• Properly, efficiently and safely apply types of oils and greases according to specification of equipment/job
• Perform various physical duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have Industrial, Steel, Iron works experience
• Must have project management/ supervisory experience.
• Must have a clean MVR and ability to maintain a valid drivers license.
• MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus
