Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking Experienced Foremen for Millwrights/Welders/Fabricators to join travel crews. This is a full-time travel position with some local work, competitive pay, benefits and per diem.

Must be able to travel each week to various locations. Benefits include per diem/hotel, company vehicle, fuel card, health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with matching after 6 months, and funded certifications in coal, gas, and oil industries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel weekly to various locations.
• Able to climb stairs, ladders or platforms and bend/squat.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work any shift, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background and drug & alcohol testing.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Industrial, Steel, Iron works experience required.
• Project management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license required.
• MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Project Managers and Management team.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards.
• Move, secure, install, build, load and unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals to perform repairs as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Direct on cleaning/preparing job sites.
• Assist crew members as needed by manpower requirements.
• Apply oils and greases according to equipment specifications.
• Perform various physical duties as assigned.

**MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL EACH WEEK TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS**

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from Project Managers and/or Management team.
• Maintaining and enforcing all safety standards.
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment, chutes and crushers
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics, blueprints and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Direct on Cleaning/preparing job sites
• Assist crew member in their duties when needed/ when manpower requires.
• Properly, efficiently and safely apply types of oils and greases according to specification of equipment/job
• Perform various physical duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Must have Industrial, Steel, Iron works experience
• Must have project management/ supervisory experience.
• Must have a clean MVR and ability to maintain a valid drivers license.
• MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus
