Job summary

JENNMAR Services is actively seeking Experienced Millwrights, Welders and Fabricators for travel work across various sites. These are full-time travel positions offering competitive pay, benefits and per diem, with local positions also available.

Candidates must be able to travel weekly, pass background and drug tests, and have or obtain MSHA certifications; the team emphasizes safety and reliability on projects in diverse industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to travel weekly to various locations.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing.
• MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew foremen while maintaining safety standards.
• Perform various physical duties.
• Move, secure, install, build, load and unload materials, tools and equipment.
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and install of plant equipment, chutes and crushers.
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment.
• Read schematics and manuals to make repairs as needed.
• Use welding tools safely and efficiently.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Prepare and clean job site.
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.
• Apply oils and greases according to specification.

THESE POSITIONS ARE BOTH FULL TIME TRAVEL POSITIONS WITH COMPETITIVE PAY, BENEFITS AND PER DIEM AND LOCAL POSITIONS

Job Responsibilities for Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standards
• Perform various physical duties assigned
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipment
• Welding and fabrication for repairs and install of plant equipment, chutes and crushers
• Properly repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if needed
• Stick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Clean/prepare job site
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Properly, efficiently and safely apply types of oils and greases according to specification of equipment/job

Job Requirements Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Fabricators:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squat
• Ability to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Able to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
• MSHA Surface and Underground certifications a plus
