Position Overview
The Millwright Supervisor manages daily activities of a team of Millwrights, ensuring safety and quality at the assigned location.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise crews working on large industrial equipment (power generators, turbines, mining devices, assembly line machinery, machinist tools).
• Organize crews, delegate responsibilities, and ensure all necessary equipment is onsite for safe completion of tasks.
• Transport equipment to regional locations.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and vendors to identify needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Demonstrate service functionalities and benefits, emphasizing practical value.
• Enforce safety regulations per OSHA and company policies.
• Promote a positive safety and workplace culture.
• Maintain positive client relations and act as a regional site liaison.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction/industrial fields with some management experience.
• Class B CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to use tools like blowtorches, saws, pipe benders, welding torches.
• Strong communication, organizational, and safety knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Physical Abilities

• Lift/move up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, use tools safely, perform site inspections, and follow safety protocols.

• Proof of OSHA 10-hour completion within 60 days of employment.
