Job summary

Valor Specialized Rigging is seeking experienced Millwrights for field installation and heavy rigging around cranes. This is traveling, long-term field work tied to critical lifts and tight tolerances. You will read rigging plans, perform alignment, and coordinate with crane operators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of millwright experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Experience working around cranes and heavy rigging operations.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, rigging plans, and layout drawings.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute precision setting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipment

Valor Specialized Rigging is hiring experienced Millwrights who know how to work around cranes, execute complex picks, and install equipment the right way the first time. This is not a maintenance role, this is field work tied to heavy lifts, tight tolerances, and critical path schedules.
