Job summary

Valor Specialized Rigging in Texas is seeking experienced millwrights for field assignments around cranes, heavy lifts, and critical path schedules. This role is not maintenance; it demands ownership, urgency, and a safety-first mindset.

You will read rigging plans, assist with alignment and installation, work with crane operators, and travel as needed to project sites. OSHA 10/30 preferred, 3+ years' experience, willingness to extended hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of millwright experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Experience working around cranes and heavy rigging operations.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute precision setting, alignment, and installation of heavy industrial equipment.
• Work directly with crane operators and rigging crews during critical lifts and placements.
• Read and work from rigging plans, lift drawings, and equipment layouts.
• Perform layout, leveling, and final alignment to spec.
• Identify and solve field issues without slowing down the job.
• Maintain control of work areas with a strong focus on safety and execution.
