Torrey Holistics seeks an experienced Industrial Project Manager to estimate and oversee non‑residential manufacturing facilities, including millwright, rigging, and mechanical scopes. You will lead site work, travel as needed, and manage teams to deliver projects on plan.

You will draft client letters, close deals without margin loss, and maintain precise records. Strong Excel/Office skills and an Engineering degree are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management experience in industrial construction.
• Proven troubleshooting, mechanical design, and repair capabilities.
• Experience in machine building and production optimization.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems in industrial environments.
• Risk awareness and disciplined operational analysis demonstrated.

Is this you?Have you spent 5+ years estimating and managing industrial construction for non-residential manufacturing facilities—including millwright, rigging, and mechanical scopes?Do you thrive on building precise labor, manhour, equipment, and material projections—and then delivering the project to plan?Are you comfortable drafting client-ready sales letters, closing deals without sacrificing margin, and maintaining impeccable records?Can you walk complex sites, travel as needed (in and out of state), and lead teams while following direction from current management?Are Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook second nature to you?What you’ll tackleEstimate new industrial projects by gathering all required information and validating scope.Plan and manage projects through completion—schedule, budget, quality, and safety.Hire and manage new talent as workload scales.Author clear sales letters that reflect client direction and prevent scope confusion.Close sales professionally while protecting company margins.Deliver complete records to the Office Manager to support our financial systems.Track sales and project history for use by financial institutions and future customers.Build sales growth budgets forecasting from a minimum 1-month window up to 12 months.Develop new business consistently and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.Ensure all outgoing letters, forms, and information present a professional image and are as accurate as possible to help protect the client from potential litigation.What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree (Engineering degree strongly valued).Project management proficiency in industrial construction environments.Strength in troubleshooting, mechanical design/engineering, and component repair.Machine building/assembly and production optimization experience.Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, including industrial electrical work.Maintenance and repair capabilities with an eye for operational risk management.Advanced operations analysis skills.Perks, pay, and practicalsYear-one salary: $90K – $100K, with performance-based annual increases thereafter.Commission potential: up to 5% for profitable sales above $1.5M per year.Transportation: bring your own vehicle during a 90-day evaluation; after, a company vehicle and fuel card may be provided.Physical readiness to walk industrial jobsites and be on your feet for a full shift when required.Travel as needed to individual jobsites, in and out of state.ComplianceMust have a valid US driver’s license & social security card (must be a legal US resident).
