Job summary

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) in De Pere, WI, is seeking a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery in our manufacturing facility. You will ensure safe and efficient operation by performing preventive maintenance and diagnosing issues with minimal downtime.

Work closely with production, engineering, and facilities teams to support uptime, upgrades, and new installations while adhering to OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in millwright/industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with precision alignment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and general industrial safety practices.
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, and reassemble industrial machinery per specs and blueprints.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and repair production equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read technical manuals and diagrams to guide work.
• Fabricate or modify parts using shop tools as needed.
• Align and calibrate machinery components to tight tolerances.
• Maintain records of maintenance and parts usage.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on upgrades or moves.
• Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout.
