Job summary

Methuen Construction is hiring a Millwright to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery across our construction projects.

You will read blueprints, perform alignments, rig equipment, and ensure precise installations on foundations and support structures. Ideal candidates bring extensive equipment knowledge, at least 5 years in construction, and a background in wastewater or water treatment plants.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Experience in wastewater and water treatment plants highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and repair drawings for construction equipment.
• Rigging, moving and setting machinery and equipment on pads.
• Setting and alignment of baseplates for machinery.
• Align machines and equipment using hoists and measurement tools.
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
