Job description

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Piscataway, as the Millwright / Mechanic:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on corrugating and converting equipment, including but not limited to, corrugators, flexo folder gluers, die cutters, and associated machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing reliability of machinery and equipment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvement and optimization.
  • Participate in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of corrugating and converting machinery as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright/Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of mechanical drive, basic electricity, including motors, drives, and some knowledge of PLC.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
