About the Opportunity:

As a Millwright Mechanic, you will troubleshoot preventative maintenance for industrial conveyor belts and machinery. Your mechanical skills and quick thinking will be essential in inspecting, diagnosing, and installing parts, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain equipment such as metal processing machinery, conveyor belts, and electrical machinery.
2. Diagnose problems, often using computerized tools.
3. Repair or replace defective parts with hand and power tools.
4. Understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical processes.
5. Perform cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.

Desired Skills:

1. Ability to diagnose, dismantle, and reassemble equipment.
2. Ability to review operating manuals and blueprints.
3. Experience working on an industrial scale.

Additional Qualifications:

1. 5 years of millwright maintenance experience preferred.
2. Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic experience preferred.

Compensation and Benefits (Minnesota):

• $32-42 hourly, full-time.
