Job summary

SLW Warren LLC (SLPT) is seeking a skilled Millwright / Maintenance Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a dynamic automotive environment.

You will maintain equipment uptime, minimize downtime, and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing workplace while advancing your expertise with advanced automation and production machinery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance technician, millwright, or industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Experience reading machine manuals, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, align, and commission manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Interpret blueprints, machine specifications, and technical documentation.
• Test newly installed equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Assist with machinery upgrades and facility improvement projects.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Safely dismantle and relocate machinery during facility moves or upgrades.
