Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products North America (CPNA) is seeking a Millwright to perform maintenance across CPNA facilities. You will install, repair, and maintain production equipment, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities while reading blueprints and technical documents.

Requires 5+ years in mechanical maintenance, blueprint reading, and millwright experience; TPM/RCM and SAP knowledge are a plus. On-site role with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years in a mechanical maintenance role.
2+ years blueprint reading experience.
2+ years millwright experience.
Journeyman certification and welding certification preferred.
Experience with TPM/RCM and SAP Maintenance Module is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair production equipment using mechanical and electrical skills.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including thermography and oil analysis.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot failures involving hydraulics, drive trains, gearboxes; read blueprints.
Operate drills, grinders, welders; use hydraulic, pneumatic, rigging, crane systems.
Adhere to safety rules, support on-call duties, and assist with environmental compliance.
