Job summary

BlueScope Coated Products North America (CPNA) is seeking a seasoned Millwright to join the Maintenance team. The role focuses on planning, scoping, and executing repair, installation, and maintenance work across CPNA facilities.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, calibrating machinery, and reading blueprints. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in mechanical maintenance, blueprint reading, and millwright experience, with SAP

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years in a mechanical maintenance role.
2 years of blueprint reading experience.
2 years of millwright experience.

Responsibilities

Use mechanical and electrical skills to install, maintain, and repair production equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including thermography, oil analysis, inspections.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment failures involving hydraulics, drive trains, gearboxes.
Read, understand, and explain blueprints and technical documents.
Operate machine and hand tools such as drill presses, grinders, welders.
