Crowder Construction Co. is seeking a Millwright to supervise 3–8 craft workers, ensure safety, and follow project plans for heavy civil construction across multiple sites.

You will read drawings, assist in planning, and support foremen to meet schedule and cost targets. The role requires 3–5 years as a Journeyman, knowledge of Crowder safety policies, and tools to perform on-site installations with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Journeyman experience with a proven attendance record.
• Demonstrate understanding of Crowder's Safety First Philosophy and QA/QC processes.
• Proficient in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct 3–8 craft personnel per Crowder standards.
• Assist foremen with planning, material tracking, and cost control.
• Read and execute work from drawings and specs, ensure quality and safety.
• Document daily labor hours and communicate progress to the foreman.
