Job summary

NWH, a leading hardwood lumber manufacturer, is seeking a Millwright for our West Virginia facilities. The role focuses on industrial maintenance, equipment diagnostics and hands-on repairs to keep production flowing smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in hardwoods/lumber. Basic computer skills and the ability to work shifts and overtime as required are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial maintenance. Preferred a minimum of 3 years experience working in hardwoods/lumber industry.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain high quality workmanship.
• General maintenance including changing oil, grease, bearings, sprockets and chains.
• D welding and pipe fitting as needed to support equipment.
• Diagnose, respond to and resolve mechanical issues and emergencies.
• Work unsupervised and collaborate with maintenance team to improve site performance.
