Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 6:00am – 4:30pm

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Our client in Woodburn is seeking a hands‑on Millwright to support maintenance and repair operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment including forklifts and production machinery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background along with welding and fabrication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Complete welding and fabrication projects to support equipment repairs and modifications
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose issues and implement effective repair solutions
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment performance

Qualifications:
