Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a full-time Millwright Foreman local to the Winder, GA area. You will lead the crew in laying out, fabricating, aligning, joining, installing, repairing, and welding machinery per plans and drawings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of millwright foreman experience and NCCER/AWS certification is preferred. Safety and quality drive all activities, with opportunities for advancement and benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in millwright foreman roles.
• NCCER or AWS certification or related program preferred.
• Experience with installing and maintaining conveyors, pumps and gearboxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as the Quality Lead, supervising staff in fabrication, alignment and installation.
• Apply basic math to project tasks and measurements.
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, PMs and crew on current and future projects.
