Job summary

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a skilled Millwright Foreman local to the Augusta, GA area to lead fabrication, installation and commissioning activities.

You will supervise staff performing layout, aligning, joining, and repairing machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery across industrial sites.

Role requires 3+ years of experience, NCCER or AWS certification preferred, and ability to coordinate with customers, vendors and project managers on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in millwright/foreman roles.
• Preferred NCCER or AWS certification or related training.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staff performing layout, fabrication, installation, and welding.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion on-site.
• Review drawings and blueprints to guide assembly and repair work.
• Communicate production needs and schedule adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Inspect equipment and maintain accurate production records.
