Job summary

TIC_Craft is seeking a skilled millwright to plan, lay out, install, and align equipment and machinery in accordance with project plans, specifications, tolerances, and industry standards. The role involves working across crafts, using various hand and power tools, and ensuring proper foundation preparation and alignment.

Responsibilities include rigging, testing, and adjusting machinery, moving and assembling components, and maintaining safe working conditions on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with field experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and layout tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, diagram and lay-out for millwright work.
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble and align machinery.
• Verify inventory, prepare foundations, and align equipment per specs.
• Torque, rig and position equipment; test and adjust installed machinery.
• Dismantle, move and reassemble machinery as required.
• Assemble and install equipment and foundations per project specs.
