Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to collaborate in a team and work independently.
• Must communicate openly with Supervisor and Plant Management.
• Evidence of completion for required welding-related courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards are met and provide safety support as needed.
• Support ongoing communication within the department and plant.
• Perform plant machine and equipment repair, including conveyors, crushers, belts and drives.
• Fabricate, install, and maintain metal equipment and guards for heavy machinery.
