Job summary

Keen Project Solutions seeks a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, repair and retrofit machinery on construction sites and fabrication shops. You will align, set, rig, weld, fabricate and troubleshoot equipment per blueprints, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role demands welding/rigging certifications, 25 years of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years education, and willingness to travel 100%. Flexibility for shifts including holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience or 3 years education in industrial maintenance are preferred.
• Welding and rigging certifications are preferred.
• Preventative maintenance, fabrication and sheet metal experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time is required.
• OSHA 10 HR certification is preferred.
• Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, repair and troubleshoot industrial systems per blueprints and specs.
• Plan preventive maintenance programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Bridge communication across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform rigging, welding, and fabrication tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity in all job site activities.
