Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalency).
• Completion of a two-year technical program.
• 3+ years’ experience as an industrial millwright or maintenance mechanic, or completion of a formal 4-year millwright apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to sit, stoop and bend.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Perform precision alignment of motors, machinery and equipment.
• Install bearings and perform predictive and preventative motor maintenance.
• Conduct advanced pump repair, arc welding, and proper rigging.
• Operate mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.
• Adhere to all safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a paper manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.


• Perform precision alignment of motors, machinery, and equipment.


• Responsible for the installation of bearings and predictive and preventative motor maintenance.


• Perform advanced pump repair, arc welding, proper riggings.


• Ability to use mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.


• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.


• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.


• Completion of 2-year technical program.


• 3+ years’ experience as an industrial millwright or maintenance mechanic or the completion of a formal 4-year millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience.


• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
