Job summary

Team collaboration and quick problem solving are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a 2-year technical program or millwright apprenticeship, 3+ years experience, and ability to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year technical program completed.
• 3+ years’ millwright/maintenance experience or completion of a formal millwright apprenticeship.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Support paper manufacturing operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Perform precision alignment of motors, machinery, and equipment.
• Install bearings and perform predictive and preventative motor maintenance.
• Perform advanced pump repair and arc welding.
• Operate mobile cranes, lifts, and hoists.
• Follow safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
