Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Structural Welders / Millwrights for a project in Brandon, MS. This temp-to-hire opportunity is for skilled welders with strong structural welding experience and the ability to perform basic millwright work when needed.

Pay is $30–$34 per hour DOE with weld test results. Schedule includes Monday–Saturday, 40+ hours per week, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; overtime and double-time on Sundays/holidays. Must be able to lift 75 lbs and travel within 60 miles of Brandon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of structural welding experience.
• Experience with stick and wire welding.
• Reading blueprints and drawings is required.
• Ability to perform basic bolt-up millwright work.
• Willingness to travel and work up to 84 hours per week if needed.

Position Type:Temp-to-Hire
Location:Brandon, MS
Pay:$30–$34/hour DOE and weld test results

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday
• 40+ hours per week
• Regular schedule:7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Hours worked Monday–Saturday outside of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM are paid atovertime
• Sundays and holidays are paid at double-time
• Must be willing and physically capable of working up to84 hours per week, if necessary.
• Must be willing to work night shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum2+ years of structural welding experience.
• Strong experience with stick rod and wire welding.
• Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum.
• Pipe welding experience is preferred but not required.
• TIG experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform basic bolt-up millwright work.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Quality craftsmanship and strong knowledge of industry-standard safe work practices.
• Must be willing to travel when required.
• Must live within a 60-mile radius of Brandon, MS.
• Must be willing to take direction and apply it as directed by Company Management.
• Pre-Employment Weld Test

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift a minimum of75 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working at heights.
