Basic Requirements

• Must be able to work the required shift (10am – 8pm).
• Must be on-time and prompt for working assignments.
• Must wear area specific PPE and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must be a team player and flexible in work assignments.
• Must be able to read/write.
• Must be able to use a tape measure.
• Millwork experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The loader picks and audits orders by working from order sheets to build loads for transport, bulk and/or route trucks.
• They must learn the functions of each department, as they often work throughout the plant to gather the product.
• They document what is being loaded for delivery.
• They must work as a team to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• They maintain quality control standards by checking items as loading.

Skills

• They must have excellent customer service skills.
• They are also required to be able to lift 50 lbs.
• They must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead.
• They must be able to work under deadline pressure as organizational skills are the key to finding and providing merchandise quickly.
• They must strive to increase their knowledge of the product and the Millwork business.
