Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior production, construction, warehouse, or woodworking experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn millwork production and read simple work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble millwork products by preparing materials and following workflows.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and shop spaces.
• Support daily shop operations under guidance of experienced team members.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards on all tasks.
