Job summary

WOODGRAIN is seeking team members for a full-time millwork facility role. You will operate machinery and power tools, receive stock, and assist in loading outbound trucks while maintaining safety and quality standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to schedules.

Starting hourly rate is $16.50 with scheduled raises at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year, with typical shifts 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years forklift experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills; ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications and meet productivity targets.
• Operate machinery, power tools or equipment as part of the millwork process.
• Receive and put away stock using power equipment and load outbound trucks.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and are delivered on time.
