Job summary

iMBranded seeks a Millwork Quoting/Estimating Coordinator to develop competitive proposals for automotive and commercial markets. You will interpret floor plans, perform takeoffs, input data, and maintain quoting templates to assemble proposals.

The role emphasizes organizing takeoffs, reviewing contract scopes, and delivering timely bid submissions while collaborating with owners, consultants, and the sales team to optimize value.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate bid inclusions and clarifications clearly.

Responsibilities

• Survey/quantify materials from drawings and organize takeoffs.
• Review contract scopes and bid figures for accuracy.
• Assist with subcontractor recommendations and buyout.
• Prepare complete proposals and letters with required documents.
• Develop options and value-based proposals based on cost and materials.
