Job summary

The Estimating Coordinator will develop competitive proposals and budgets for existing and new customers in automotive and related markets, assembling proposals from client floor plans and takeoffs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Strong understanding of conceptual estimating and cost control.
• Ability to prepare proposals with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Survey/Quantify materials and assemblies from drawings.
• Organize quantity takeoffs.
• Review contract scopes and related dollar figures.
• Assist with subcontractor recommendations and buyout.
• Develop complete professional proposals including all required information.
