Job summary

US LBM is seeking a Fulfillment Buyer in Tucker, GA to manage procurement for millwork and ensure inventory availability across divisions. You will place PO across product categories, negotiate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with location leaders to prevent stockouts.

Requires a Bachelor's in supply chain or related field and 5 years' purchasing or inventory experience, with millwork expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing.
• Millwork experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of the building materials industry to support Supply Chain objectives.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders for assigned product categories across US LBM divisions and regions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with location leaders to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Work with fulfillment and logistics teams on inventory issues, discrepancies, and costing.
• Contact suppliers regarding adjustments, incorrect materials, and delivery information.
• Own daily communications with US LBM divisions/markets related to inventory and inbound tracking.
