Indoor warehouse environment. Starting pay $22.00/hour + DOE depending on experience + $1.00/hr Shift Differential + Bonus. Great benefits from day 1! Full-time work with overtime available.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Swing Shift

Responsibilities

1. Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment, and storage areas.
2. Load and unload inventory as needed.
3. Understand and apply mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
4. Manage and report on production, quality, and order fulfillment performance.
5. Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
6. Follow safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
7. Train, supervise, and oversee the work of others, ensuring work is completed to specifications.
8. Assist the location manager and sales team in promoting and describing fabrication processes to customers.
9. Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, replenish materials, and maintain product pricing.
10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or two years of equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate safety and work instructions.
• Work in a warehouse environment with physical exertion, in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Over three years of related experience.
• Technical certification or associate degree may be required.
