Ideal candidates have 2+ years of millwork experience, can read blueprints, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to contribute to production goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in millwork or woodworking machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate millwork machinery such as Edge bander, CNC routers, Beam saw, Sanders, and planers.
• Set up machines and calibrate settings to meet precise measurements and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Work collaboratively with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
