Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential door installation.
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior door systems.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in a field team.
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• EPA Lead Certification, with company assistance to obtain if needed.
• Non-union experience preferred.
• Onboarding will include a professional review per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Install residential interior and exterior doors with precision.
• Take measurements, adjust, and finish to ensure proper fit.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized in occupied homes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and contacts.
• Follow installation specs, safety standards, and procedures.
• Protect customer property and finishes during installation.
• Use company vehicles, tools, and tech responsibly.
• Travel to project sites as required, with per diem when applicable.
