Job summary

Frontier-Door-and-Cabine is seeking an Installation Project Manager in El Paso, TX to lead millwork and cabinet installation projects. You will coordinate handoffs, schedules, site readiness, and budgets while collaborating with multiple teams and traveling to NM/TX sites as needed.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a track record of managing complex installations from kickoff to closeout. You will work onsite to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of field leadership experience required.
• 2–5 years of PM experience in millwork/cabinet installation.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to travel to job sites and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Take over projects from sales/PM teams with thorough handoffs.
• Review plans, scope, and budgets before installation planning.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and ensure competitive pricing.
• Schedule preconstruction meetings with GC, PMs, and installation team.
• Oversee doors, frames, and hardware handoff and scheduling.
• Monitor site readiness and progress to prevent delays.
• Track budgets and change orders; manage scope creep.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and PMs consistently.
• Coordinate countertop measuring, delivery, and installation sequencing.
