Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Installation Project Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee millwork and cabinet installation projects across Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and El Paso. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and budget control to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of field leadership experience and 2–5 years in PM roles, with proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of millwork, cabinet, and installation processes.
• 3 years of field leadership experience is required.
• 2–5 years of relevant industry or project management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience using project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Take over projects from the sales/project management team with a clear handoff.
• Review project plans, scope of work, and budget details for accuracy before installation planning.
• Solicit and evaluate bids for subcontractors and select qualified trades.
• Conduct initial site visits to verify readiness and establish relationships.
• Schedule and lead preconstruction meetings with the GC, PMs, and installation team.
• Oversee installation handoffs, ensuring all components are complete and scheduled.
• Monitor site readiness and progress to prevent delays.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to prevent scope creep.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, subcontractors, and PMs.
• Record scope changes and change orders promptly.
