Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Installation Project Manager to oversee millwork and cabinet installation projects in the Phoenix area.

You will coordinate handoffs, manage schedules, and ensure work stays within scope, budget, and timeline, collaborating with multiple teams to drive project success. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to travel within the Phoenix, AZ area to install sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of millwork, cabinet, and installation processes.
• 3 years of field leadership experience (Required).
• 2–5 years of relevant industry or project management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or BA/BS preferred.
• Use project management and scheduling software effectively.
• Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Take over projects from the sales/project management team with a clear handoff.
• Review plans, scope, and budgets for accuracy before installation planning.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Conduct initial site visits to verify readiness and establish relationships.
• Schedule and lead preconstruction meetings with GC, PMs, and installation team.
• Oversee installation coordination and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
