Job summary

Beaubois Millwork is seeking an Installation Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee millwork installations at customer sites. The role ensures safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards, serving as the liaison among project managers, field crews, clients, and general contractors.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising crews, monitoring progress, managing logistics, and resolving site issues to drive successful project completion from mobilization

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural millwork installation, commercial construction, or field operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation activities across multiple projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and equipment requirements.
• Manage punch lists, deficiencies, and field changes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, and general contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
