Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR/DOT medical
• High School diploma or GED with relevant experience or training
• Mechanical ability and knowledge of hand/power tools

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations to ensure timely completion and high-quality service
• Train employees and temporary staff
• Read plans, blueprints, evaluations and product specifications
• Coordinate with PMs/other leads on large projects for consistency
• Manage crews up to 15 installers and plan field work
• Ensure safety and proper handling of tools and equipment
• Maintain accurate field paperwork, time sheets and sign-offs
• Communication of project status to dispatch, sales and PMs
