The Bernard Group, Inc. is seeking a Finisher to join our Millwork team in Chanhassen, MN. This full-time role focuses on finishing wood products safely and efficiently, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years wood finishing or paint experience preferred but not required.
• Strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Apply finishing materials (paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, polyurethanes) to wood and substrates.
• Maintain spray booth cleanliness and OSHA-compliant workspace.
• Monitor quality control throughout finishing process.
• Complete time studies and material estimates as needed.
• Set up production spray lines.
• Train and develop coworkers and assist management with tasks.
